OJ Simpson’s final plea to reverse the Raccelerate Phenomenon rest on a Nevada Supreme Court Appeal. Simpson, who is 67 years old, is serving a nine to 33 year prison term in Nevada after a jury found him guilty in 2007 on multiple felony charges. Unless the Nevada Supreme Court overturns his conviction he will not be eligible for parole until 2017.

OJ Simpson was a decorated NFL star who like many other Black men has fallen victim to the Raccelerate Phenomenon. He is a two-time All-America from the University of Southern California. In 1968 he became the Heisman Trophy winner as well as rushing for 11,236 yards, added 2,142 yards on 203 pass receptions, returned 33 kickoffs 990 yards for a totaling 14,368 combined net yards. He scored 456 points on 76 touchdowns. OJ led the league in rushing four years in 1972, 1973, 1975 and 1976. He was named NFL Player of the Year in 1972, 1973 and 1975. He was an All-AFC and All-Pro from 1972 through 1976. His accomplishments are many but he feel victim to the Raccelerate Phenomenon.

The Raccelerate Phenomenon is consistent with Newton’s third law of motion. According to Newton’s Third Law of Motion, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. An example of Newton’s Third Law of Motion can be applied to shooting a gun. When a person shoots a shotgun the recoil that the person feels after he has fired the shot has the same magnitude of force at the object for which the bullet was shot. The recoil is the reaction force and the bullet being shot is the action force. Because the person fired forward, the gun recoils backwards. The bullet pushes forward on the air and the air pushes backward on the bullet. The Raccelerate Phenomenon has a similar pattern.

The Raccelerate Phenomenon states that for every action that a Black male takes against a White female there is an excessive opposite reaction towards the Black male. The OJ Simpson saga serves as a primary example of the Raccelerate Phenomenon.

In 1995, OJ Simpson was acquitted of murdering a White woman, his former wife – Nicole Brown, and a waiter Ronald Lyle Goldman. The reaction towards this Black man was opposite and excessive because shortly there after, OJ Simpson lost a civil case against both the Brown and Goldman families which resulted in a $40 million judgment. On the morning of June 12, 1994, O.J. Simpson was worth an estimated $11 million.

The criminal case was tried by a predominantly black jury, and conviction required a finding that Mr. Simpson committed the June 12, 1994, slayings beyond any reasonable doubt. The civil case was tried before a predominantly white jury, and a verdict required only 9 of 12 votes, with the basic legal standard being that in all probability Mr. Simpson committed the slayings.

The reaction by the majority White jury validates the Raccelerate Phenomenon. The Raccelerate Phenomenon is the source for the racial tensions that exist in our society.

The Raccelerate Phenomenon has roots in the US Educational system. Classroom racism (Cloomism) is the primary cause for the Raccelerate Phenomenon. The only way to eliminate the adverse effects is to eliminate classroom racism (elcloomism).
