Gangs leaders continue to thrive because classroom racism provides recruiting opportunity for gangs. Each person that becomes a member of a gang was once a student in a school. Most of our gangs consist of either Blacks or Hispanics. Black and Hispanic students who do not have the benefit of a eliminating classroom racism process will eventually drop out of school. Once they have dropped out of school they must find other survival alternatives. One primary alternative is to join a group, such as a gang. Gang leaders are so thankful that educators refuse to eliminate classroom racism. If they chose to eliminate classroom racism, gang leaders would not have the human capital necessary to carry out their mission. Without classroom racism gang leaders would need to solicit perspective employees and because of supply and demand it would no longer be necessary to exterminate employees. The efforts of law enforcement are important. However, to reduce the influence of gangs we must win the battle in the classroom by eliminating classroom racism. Need classroom elimination material?
